Although I have lived in East Vancouver for over a decade, I have never fermented anything in my life. With the guidance of my fermenting friends, I have created this crock. It has a lovely blue fade on the outside and is a food safe white gloss on the inside. The gallery of this jar is wide enough for a moat of water to seal the goodness hygienically inside. The handles on the side are key to moving your kimchi or sauerkraut around safely.
